Telangana government finally announced cancelling of EAMCET-2 for medical stream following the Question Paper leak. The schedule for EAMCET-3 is also announced. The brokers who are behind the leak were arrested and the Chief Minister ordered to take action on the parents who helped the students in the paper fraud.

However, amid all this, no one from the Telangana government took responsibility for the fraud. The Chief Minister who calls his government as very strict towards corruption did not take any action on his cabinet colleagues – Kadiyam Srihari or Lakshma Reddy who headed the examination drive.
The only scapegoat is the EAMCET Convenor who is an apolitical person. Decades back, when 10th Class Examination paper got leaked, the then CM, NT Rama Rao sacked the then Educational Minister for that. But then times have changed significantly. It is only the students who will suffer now.
