TDP Increasing Its Grip Over Pattikonda!!

TDP-Pattikonda

The political scenario in the Pattikonda segment of Kurnool district is heating up as the election battle intensifies between the TDP and YSRCP.

The demand for tickets is high among aspirants from both parties, but the focal point of the competition within the YSRCP is the rivalry between MLA Sridevi and KE Shyam.

Despite being the current MLA from Pattikonda, Sridevi is facing a formidable challenge within her own party. Other YSRCP leaders, including SV Mohan Reddy and Muralidhar Reddy, a close aide to CM Jagan, are reportedly vying for the YSRCP ticket to contest in the Pattikonda segment.

The political dynamics have undergone a shift following the detention of TDP President CBN, and sympathy towards him might enhance the TDP’s chances of winning in Pattikonda.

Meanwhile, Hindupur MP Gorantla Maadhav is contemplating contesting in the Assembly elections and is allegedly eyeing the YSRCP ticket for Pattikonda. With dissent prevailing among the cadre, Sridevi reportedly faces uncertainty and has not received assurances from CM Jagan this time.

On the TDP side, KE Shyam seems to have no contenders for the Pattikonda seat except his uncle KE Prabhakar. The political landscape in the region is becoming increasingly competitive and complex, making it a challenging and closely watched battleground.

The question of who will ultimately secure the YSRCP ticket in Pattikonda remains a significant and uncertain factor in the upcoming elections.
