Fate is so cruel for Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy. We all know how he tried to block Justice NV Ramana’s elevation as the Chief Justice of India. He made caste and corruption allegations on him and also complained to the former chief justice of India SA Bobde.
He alleged that Ramana has collided with Chandrababu Naidu to pull down his government. But then, all the allegations were proven baseless and NV Ramana is the Chief Justice now. Ramana has come to his native village Ponnavolu in the Krishna district on Friday.
As per the protocol, the state government has accorded a huge welcome for the Chief Justice. There are banners all over Vijayawada with pictures of the CM inviting Ramana. On Sunday, Governor Biswabhushan Harichandan is hosting a Hi-Tea at Raj Bhavan for the CJI.
Jagan is also invited and has to attend it. Jagan previously avoided meeting the CJI in Tirumala but with him coming to Krishna district and also going to Raj Bhavan, the CM has no way to avoid him. This is a tragic climax for Jagan after all those allegations on Ramana!
