TRS all the way in TG local bodies!

The ruling Telangana Rashtra Samiti stamped its authority in the election of Municipal Corporation Mayors and Municipality Chairmans. TRS bagged all the Muncipal Corporations in the state. Karimnagar, Ramagundam and Nizambad are the corporations that went for elections and TRS won all of them.

52 Municipalities have gone for the elections and out of them, 49 Municipalities result is out. TRS managed to win majority municipalities (22) with Congress in the second place with TDP bagging 4 and BJP taking away one. MIM opened their account with One municipality. The election of Chairman for Nalgonda and Suryapeta is postponed. Suspense continued in Mahabubabad Municipality and the result is awaited by the time we publish this news.
