There is a massive Real Estate Boom in the upcoming Capital area of Andhra Pradesh. There are immense transactions happening there every day. We are getting reports that with Real Estate slowing down in Hyderabad, even the Telangana Realtors are camping in the AP capital villages to cash the boom.
But interestingly, it is said that even some TRS MLAs and Ministers are purchasing lands in the AP capital wanting to make some quick bucks. There is heavy buzz in the locals there are few people claiming to be the representatives of TRS MLAs and Ministers and are bargaining for the lands. They even say few of them even sealed some of the deals and registrations were also complete.
However we can not totally turn down or believe this buzz. Since it is quite common in real estate to operate through Binamis after all money has no sentiments and at the same time there are also people who use big names to attract sellers.
