The US Attorney General’s office has arrested the frontrunner for the 2024 Presidential election. Former president Donald Trump was held in custody at a federal court in Miami.
But within few hours Trump and his aide, Walt Nauta, have been released without any conditions. The Judge doesn’t consider them a flight risk.

If convicted on all counts, Trump could face over 20 years in prison and millions in fines. However, his legal team may prolong the case, potentially extending it beyond the 2024 election.
