Many devotees assume that a close-up darshan of Lord Venkateswara at Tirumala requires either long waiting hours or expensive special-entry options.
But there is another route that costs only around ₹120.

The catch? Money alone cannot get you the ticket.
The opportunity comes through TTD’s Electronic DIP (Lucky Dip) system, where devotees are selected through a lottery for Arjitha Sevas such as Suprabhatam, Thomala Seva and Archana. Only those chosen in the draw can purchase the seva ticket and gain access to a much closer darshan experience than regular queue lines.
This makes it one of the most affordable ways to have a proximity darshan at Tirumala, but also one of the hardest to secure because selection depends entirely on luck.
