Andhra Pradesh politics is hitting a new low almost on a daily basis. Politicians have lost the consciousness of the people watching and are resorting to uncultured banter leaving the key issues. The responsibility will be even more when you are in power and in a position like a ministry.
But then, the very power is blinding the leaders. Civil Supplies Minister Kodali Nani had resorted to shocking banter the other day on former Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu hurling the worst of abuses. He used words like Gajji Kukka, Pichhi Kukka, Broker, and several other cuss words addressing Chandrababu.
This kind of poor behavior will have a deep impact on the kids watching the Television. After the Television shows and movies of such kind, there came a day parents should be wary of watching the news as well in front of their kids. The blame should not be on the politicians alone.
Cutting across the party lines, the party supporters and a chunk of people support the foul-mouthed politicians in the name of dynamism and cheer such uncultured talk. As a result, the kind of politicians only gets further motivated. Those who detest such talk should object to it publicly. Sad thing is that we can not do anything about it except for praying the almighty to inculcate better sense in the politicians sooner or later. The first prayer should be like this trend should not be new normal.
