YS Jagan’s controversial stance on Amaravati could well deliver a telling blow to YCP in the coming election. Amaravati farmers, who gave their lands to capital region development now vow to take a toll on Jagan’s chances in the coming elections.
On the occasion of the Amaravti movement completing 1500 days, Amaravati activist, Puvvada Sudhakar said Jagan has cheated the people of Andhra Pradesh and will have to pay the price for it in 2024 elections.
“We have been fighting against the oppression of the Jagan government for the last 1500 days. The time has come for us to show what we can do. We will definitely give a return gift to Jagan in the next election” Sudhakar commented.
It is further added that it is time for Jagan to step down and he will no longer be the CM in the next two months. The farmers hoped that their hassles and troubles would be solved two months from now.
The Amaravati movement has been going on nonstop for the last 1500 days and this anti-incumbency factor is expected to have a significant impact on the Jagan government in the coming election.
