Buggana Rajendranath Reddy is one of the most vocal leaders in the YSR Congress. He was made the PAC Chairman when YSR Congress was in the Opposition in 2014-19. He became the Finance Minister after coming to power.
Once in power, Buggana suffered big time. He is completely delegated only to sitting in Delhi and bringing loans to fund Jagan’s freebies.

His reputation suffered, and he also lost in the recent election.
For some reason, Buggana is staying away from his constituency ever since the election loss.

We have seen him conduct a Press Meet on finance matters related to the state monthly once or once in one and a half months.
All those Press Meets are held in the Press Club in Hyderabad.

Today he addressed the media once again, and this time also it is in the Hyderabad Press Club.
We do not know why, but Buggana is not even allowingthe Media into the house.
Probably, he is fearing arrests like the other leaders of YSR Congress if he goes to the constituency.
After the elections, many YSR Congress leaders shifted to Hyderabad.
They do not want to be available to the Police by staying in Andhra Pradesh. Hence, they shifted to other states.
But then, AP Police already broke the myth that they can not arrest in Hyderabad.
We have seen Vallabhaneni Vamsi getting arrested from his My Home Bhooja Residence, HITEC City, three months ago.
Earlier this week, we saw the AP Police arrest Raj Kasireddy at Hyderabad Airport.

He is the Kingpin in the Liquor Scam that occurred during the YSR Regime and also happens to be a relative of YS Jagan Mohan Reddy.
So, Buggana has no immunity whatsoever even by staying in Hyderabad.
Another question here is if people are okay with this kind of Politics where the leaders are trying to call shots from other states.
Some people may say that even Chandrababu Naidu and Pawan Kalyan did politics from Hyderabad during the last five years. But we are talking about second-rung leaders now.
