In yet another incident of a wife killing her husband, a woman identified as Radha killed her husband for her lover. She claimed that it was a suicide.
Husband Anjilappa stopped Radha from talking to her lover. Enraged by it, Radha strangled Anjilappa to death when he was drunk.

She took the body to Narayanapet for last rites. That’s when Anjilappa’s family got a doubt and called the police. There were marks on Anjilappa’s neck which gave rise to suspicion.
Once the police reached the scene, Radha confessed to having killed her husband. The Bachupally police arrested her and took her into remand.

The reason behind the crime was simple. As Radha developed an extra-marital relationship with another person, her husband admonished her. Due to this, Radha developed anger against him and eventually strangled him to death.
It is among the growing number of cases where the wives are not thinking twice before murdering their husbands due to extra-marital relationships or past lovers.
