Madhusudhanachari is mulling the same option and discussed the repercussions of the action with Telangana Attorney General. He is also considering the option of taking the notice but gives a substantial reply which will keep the courts away from interfering in the issue which is under the purview of the Assembly.
In such case, the Telangana Speaker will bring to the notice of the court that there is no time restriction to decide upon the defection petitions under the 10th schedule of Indian Constitution. So, the courts can not ask to resolve the issue. Let’s see where this issue leads to! If the courts interfere, this will have an impact on the politics in both the Telugu states.
