CRDA on the behalf of the State government had given advertisements in all the major Newspapers across the World inviting to bid against the Singapore Proposal of developing Amaravati Seed Capital under Swiss Challege Proposal. The last date for submission of bids is 3 pm on September 1, 2016.

The opposition parties have started foul-cry on the method saying that the Chief Minister, Chandrababu Naidu had a secret understanding with the Singapore companies and is floating all norms to get them the contract. But now, the proposal is in Public domain, and every one including Jagan can outbid and grab the chance.
It has to be seen if Jagan or his companies barge in to the fray and make money on Amaravati or Crib about malpractices later. Singapore companies consortium had put up proposal for development of 6.84 sq km (1,691 acres) start up area of the city by Public Private Par-tnership (PPP) mode.
