The clashes that started on Monday extended into Tuesday, with incidents including the injury of TDP Chandragiri MLA candidate Pulivarthi Nani in Tirupati.

YSRCP supporters attacked Nani with glass bottles and stones while he visited a university. TDP followers protested against this violence.

In another episode, YSRCP activists assaulted the TDP office in Karampudi, allegedly under the instigation of MLA Penneli Ramakrishna Reddy.

Similar confrontations occurred in Tadipatri, resulting in injuries to CI Muralikrishna and damage to a TDP leader’s house.

In Tadipatri, YSRCP mobs attacked TDP leader JC Prabhakar Reddy’s house, injuring several, including Additional SP Ramakrishna. Tensions escalated as both sides continued to clash, with police using tear gas to control the situation.

The confrontation intensified as TDP leaders attempted to stop YSRCP activists. Eventually, police resorted to firing to quell the unrest, leading to heightened tension in Tadipatri.

Chandrababu Naidu demanded strict action from the Election Commission and DGP against YSRCP activists for instigating violence.

He accused YSRCP MLA Penneli Ramakrishna Reddy of orchestrating the violence and urged authorities to ensure law and order in the state.
