A youth has been held in Andhra for posting an obscene comment on Andhra Pradesh Deputy CM and his younger son Mark Shankar.
The vulgar tweet was posted on X from the handle AA Ne naa loakm. The Guntur police arrested a 21-yr-old youth from Kurnool for posting obscene and offensive matter against Konidela Pawan.Kalyan and his young son.

The arrest was made following a complaint on April 9 at Prathipadu police station. Cyber investigation was swiftly taken up to curb the increasing online abuse following elections in the state.
The Guntur SP Satish Kumar revealed that the arrested was one Puttapasham Raghu alias Pushparaj, a mobile technician from Gudur village. Satish Kumar said Raghu was booked under various sections of Bharata Nyaya Samhita along with Section 67 of the IT Act.

The arrest was made after a vulgar post, where Raghu wrote an obscene comment next to the picture of Pawan Kalyan with his son.
Cyber forensic tools helped to trace Raghu who confessed to targeting the Mega family. He said his frustration stemmed from the fact that his favourite actor Allu Arjun was targeted for supporting a YSRCP candidate prior to 2024 elections.

Raghu also said he created fake accounts to troll Pawan Kalyan fans and added that he posted an offensive comment on April 8 after reading the news of a fire accident at a school in Singapore where the Deputy CM’s son studied.
Satish Kumar said that freedom of speech is not a license for vulgarity and or defamation. He said offenders will face serious legal action.
