The YS Viveka murder case has hit the penultimate phase now with the CBI firmly pointing the fingers at one of the prime suspects, YS Avinash Reddy.
In this connection, the CBI has put up a big move as the investigation agency has named Sharmila as one of the witnesses in the case.
Sharmila has been named the 259th witness by the CBI in the Viveka murder case. The same was lodged at the CBI court.
Sharmila had previously given her statement to the CBI on the 7th of October last year in Delhi.
“I don’t have sufficient proofs but I believe the murder was a political one. There are big intention behind it. This wasn’t just for family or propert reasons but for political reasons” Sharmila reportedly told in her statement then.
Now that CBI has named Sharmila as one of the witnesses in the case, it could mean that the family is also divided with Sharmila and Sunitha on one side while Jagan and Avinash are on the other.
