Two-time BRS MP from Medak Parliament constituency, Kotha Prabhakar Reddy was attacked with a knife while he is campaigning for the upcoming Telangana assembly polls. The incident took place at Soorampally Village in Doulthabad mandal of Dubbak constituency.
Prabhakar Reddy is contesting for assembly from Dubbak this time and he has been actively campaigning for the same. On Monday, a stranger in the pretext of shaking hands with the MP stabbed him in abdomen.

Prabhakar Reddy was immediately rushed to the hospital and the police officials caught the accused. The further investigation is underway.
