The High Court has issued significant directives regarding the attack on YS Jagan with a ‘Kodi Kathi’ at Visakha Airport. Jagan had initially filed a petition in the NIA court to conduct a thorough investigation into the Kodi Kathi case, but the NIA court rejected the petition. Subsequently, Chief Minister Jagan challenged the NIA court’s decision in the High Court.
Now, the NIA Special Court adjourned the investigation into the case until December 15th. Additionally, a lawyer representing the accused, Srinivasa Rao, in the NIA special court stated that a judgment on the bail petition would be issued within a week.
Accused Janupalli Srinivasa Rao attacked the then opposition leader and current CM Jagan with a in Visakha Airport lounge. Police have registered a case on this incident. It’s been five years now and the verdict is still pending.
