It is known to our readers that MP Raghu Rama Krishnam Raju filed a PIL demanding an inquiry into the Jagan Government’s alleged corruption that has resulted in a huge loss to the public exchequer.
The PIL came up for hearing today. Justice Raghunandhan Rao recused himself from hearing the case saying ‘Not Before Me’.

The Honorable Chief Justice ordered the Registrar to post it before some other bench.
It has to be seen when the case will be listed.
“Very soon it will come up before another bench. I always believe that justice may get delayed but not denied,” the MP said after this development.
