A doctor died after consuming allergic food at a Disney restaurant and now the wife allegedly can’t hold them accountable because of a Disney plus free trial her husband signed up for.
As ridiculous as it sounds, this really happened, and the company is trying to dismiss the lawsuit against them citing a free trial taken up by the victim years ago. The doctor died after having food at a Disney Springs restaurant. He was assured that the food is allergen free but the man still suffered an allergic reaction to it.

After his death, his wife sued Disney for the case but the company is trying to dismiss it with ridiculous reasons. The company is arguing that when he signed up for the Disney plus free trial, he agreed to arbitrate all disputes. This contract should have nothing to do with what happened to him and that’s why the internet is enraged.
This level of manipulation and digging loopholes in contracts should be criminal because it’s not a matter of failed services here. This concerns life and death and like any other case of unnatural death, it should go on trial.
