Air India has been called out for its poor services every now and then. The latest one to complain about a bad experience with the once ‘legendary’ airline is Aditya Kondawar, a Pune based author.
He shared his experience on his X (Twitter) account. He shared that his flight was delayed for more than two hours (9:50 PM flight took off at 12:15 AM). When he got in, the seats were dirty, full of stains and stinky. He went on to compare Air India with a Bullock Cart and that he would prefer the latter any day over the former.
Air India replied to his post offering their apologies. This has become a regular occurrence for the flier, even their apologies without much improvement. When the TATA group overtook the business, many had high hopes of getting a better service for their money. But, not much has changed except the owners of the airline.
If the trend continues, it will not be long since people will prefer other airlines over Air India.
