Day by day, there were lots of issues arising against women’s safety; one among them is hidden cameras. An X user shared her recent incident of this, which looks shocking.
An X user named Shashvathi Siva shared a screenshot of an Instagram story of a user named Gangsofcinepur in which she shared her incident in a popular cafe washroom.
In the Gangsofcinepur Instagram story, she says that in the Third Wave Coffee Outlet in Bangalore, while she uses the washroom, a woman finds a phone that was covered with a dustbin bag with just a hole near the camera facing the washroom.
While checking the phone, the phone was in airplane mode so there wouldn’t be any vibrations, and also the phone recorded the video of the washroom for almost 2 hours. When the women identified this, they called the police immediately, and the actions were taken.
When hearing these types of incidents, it looks devastating. Even though the action has been taken, what if the woman doesn’t find this? Also, the user mentions all the women to check the washrooms while they use them. This is so sad to hear, as still, the women weren’t even safe in this society.
