The IPL 2025 action has arrived, and there is a fair bit of discussion happening around the same. However, when it comes to the actual IPL mark intense action, this is where the ongoing season is lacking.
On one hand, none of the games have been able to generate last over thrillers, barring the one between Delhi and Lucknow. This is the only top standard game in IPL this year till now.

To make matters towards the three main players associated with the IPL who happen to be MS Dhoni, Virat Kohli and Rohit Sharma are all struggling with bad for.
Dhoni had a brief good innings in the recent game against Bengaluru, where he scored a quick fire 30. But this came after the game was pretty much done and dusted already, and the result was decided.

On the other hand, we have Virat Kohli who has been generating runs, but taking up too many deliveries to get them. It is all fun and games till RCB keeps winning, but once they start losing Kohli will have to take the blame for his slow play.
Lastly, we have Rohit Sharma who has been disastrous in the IPL for the last few years and continuing the same bad form again this year.

These three players are the big crowd pillars of the league at a larger capacity and shockingly, all three of them have been in sedate form.
Dhoni could be accepted from this list because of the fact that he is 43 years old and is out of the international cricketing scene. We can’t expect much from an ageing legend, who had given so much at this point in time.
But in terms of star popularity, both Kohli and Rohit will have to deliver the goods for IPL starting very soon.
