Indian Dentist Fined Much Little Than His Huge Scam!

Female Rapists Supreme Court

The legal system for financial frauds is quite complex and if you find certain loopholes in it then you can exploit the system as well. A British Indian dentist has shown how you could defraud the government and stay in profit even when you’re caught. The accused committed tax fraud by evading to pay taxes and now has been ordered to pay a fine for the same. The catch is that even after the fine, he can still get away with a lot of money that would eventually cost the citizens.

The incident is from England’s West Midlands region where an Indian origin dentist has been fined £22,654 by His Majesty’s Revenue and Customs(HMRC). He has been accused of evading taxes worth £53,528. The HMRC has publicly named the accused for intentionally not paying taxes on numerous occasions.

He has been accused of deliberately defaulting on tax from April 6, 2012 to April 5, 2015 and then April 6, 2015 to April 5, 2018. The interesting point here is that the fine levied on the accused is way less than the amount of fraud committed by him.

He’s not the only Indian origin person to have defrauded the UK. Last year, one accused was involved in a scam that resulted in 20 years of imprisonment.
