The conspiracy charge for doing fraud in Visa is punishable by a maximum sentence of five years in federal prison.

On Friday, According to federal court in Chicago, the four individuals Bhikhabhai Patel, Nilesh Patel, Ravinaben Patel and Rajni Kumar Patel, arranged with Parth Nayi and Kewong Young to be “victims” of the staged robberies that happened in Chicago.

Moreover, few more locals have claimed that they were also the victims of certain crimes and can be useful in the investigation, the indictment states.

U-Visa is set aside for victims of certain crimes who have suffered mental or physical abuse and are helpful to law enforcement or government officials in an investigation or prosecution.

All of them are charged with conspiracy to commit visa fraud.

They also submitted fake fraudulent U-visa applications to U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, and Ravinaben Patel is also charged with an individual count of making a false statement in a visa application.
