Biden’s Throne At Risk After Opinion Poll

Joe Biden

The oldest democracy in the world is gearing up for its next presidential election in 2024. One of the highlights of the 2024 elections is going to be the great divide created in the society by the contesting parties. While the democrats are hoping for Joe Biden to hold the fort, Republicans candidates are fighting it out for the race. Amidst all this comes a news that is very concerning for Joe Biden and the democrats.

A latest research published by Pew research has shown a sharp fall in the approval rating of Joe Biden over the years. The numbers are shocking as this is the lowest rating for Joe ever since he assumed office. His approval rating fell to 33 percent in 2023 which is nearly 20 points lower than 2021.

On the economic front, only 36 percent of people felt that Biden makes good policies. When it came to the question of reuniting America, this number dropped to only 24 percent. This is a serious concern for the democrats who are hoping for a second Biden term.

If the ratings translate to votes, the USA might see a second Trump administration. Trump has made it clear that a second term for him will push for extreme conservative rules which can change democracy for a long time.
