Perhaps one of the most controversial figures in the field of politics, and the former governor of South Carolina, the infamous Nikki Haley has yet again made headlines for refusing to back down from challenging the Republic frontrunner, Donald Trump in the upcoming Presidential elections.
Nikki in her dramatic speech, delivered in the state she once governed said she’s not afraid to say the hard truths out loud and feels no need to ‘kiss the ring’. She further added that she has no fear of Trump’s retribution and though is surrounded by opinions of political classes, she also pays great heed to what the normal American people say as well.
Haley is surely going to be facing a big test in the upcoming South Carolina primary on Saturday as while she remains wishful of winning the support of her home state, the person who stands in her way is none other than the mighty trump who has already started up a rampage by winning the first three states in the nomination race.
Haley’s aggressive speech has also given birth to a heated banter across all platforms, online and offline. Things have escalated so much that rival Trump’s spokesperson Steven Cheung took to social platform X to reply to Nikki’s speech and said in a very agressive manner that she is going to ‘drop down to kiss ass’ when she quits. These statements are a testimony to how high the temperatures have soared and the upcoming elections are hence, definitely one to watch for!
