A white female student was hospitalised after suffering from a tragic assault made by a black female student. During the fight the black student slammed the head of the white student in the ground, due to that reason she is suffering from a brain injury.
The reason for the fight is still unclear. St. Louis county police went to Hazelwood East High School, on Friday at an unspecified time. When the fight was taking place there were some bystanders, but nobody protested or even came in front to calm the situation.
The authorities didn’t disclose the age, name or any personal information of the hospitalised student. As of Saturday, no arrests have been made.
The Hazelwood School District stated that it is tragic when a fight like this takes place. They are very sorry for the student who was brutally beaten up. They added to their statement, “It is a tragedy anytime children are hurt. Bullying and fighting in the community is an issue for which we all need to take ownership and work towards a resolution for the sake of our children”.
