Every weekend, OTT platforms premiere the latest movies. The weekend is here and so are the movies. Tiger 3 (Prime Video), Dumb Money (Netflix), and Mission Impossible-Dead Reckoning Part One (Prime Video) are to name a few.
Out of all these movies, there is one that has been on the watchlist of every cinephile since it was announced a few years back. It is Martin Scorcese’s “Killers of the Flower Moon”.
Starring Leonardo DiCaprio, Lily Gladstone, Robert De Niro and Brendan Fraser, it has been one of the most anticipated movies of the last few years. Even though it did not do that well at the box office given its limited release, it has been a critical success.
With a run-time of 3h 26m, it stands as one of the longest movies coming from Hollywood. It premiered on Apple TV+ today i.e. 12 January.
Many movies are releasing this weekend but whether they will affect the viewership of Scorcese’s latest or not, we will have to wait for a few days.
