One more day has passed in Bigg Boss, and one more day of Thrigun back-pitching against Rohith. In the latest episode, Thrigun told his fellow inmates that he will keep targeting Rohith, no matter what. “Nenu vadini gelukutune untanu,” is what he said exactly. His behavior towards Rohith is triggering debates on social media, and he is also attracting negativity. But the fact is, someone like Thrigun will continue in Bigg Boss because people enjoy that kind of drama.
The celebrities vs. commoners theme will be the default in the show, and it is common for celebrities who know each other before entering to form a group. However, Thrigun is influencing everyone against Rohith. Thrigun might either be launching a clear, calculated game of targeting the strong to occupy the spotlight or might be genuinely showing hatred for Rohith.
If Thrigun is gaining attention by targeting Rohith, it is not expected of him. But this is a reality show, and Rohith is entering the house with a good name. So, in order to confront him, Thrigun has to put all the effort into dominating Rohith. Having said that, there is nothing wrong with how Thrigun is going after Rohith, but what is objectionable is the way he is doing that.
It is not necessary for Thrigun to reach out to each and every contestant and inject a negative opinion against Rohith, even in affairs that do not concern him. In the latest episode, there was miscommunication from Rohith’s side regarding the explanation about doing house chores. Instead of addressing it directly, Thrigun launched a verbal attack on Rohith, triggering other celebrities to also gang up on Rohith.
And the language being used by Thrigun, addressing Rohith as Vaadu and calling other female commoners “Daddilu” and “Pottidhi,” does not make a positive impression. Nagarjuna should share his feedback on these things with Thrigun; it is the need of the hour.
