The Indian American community in the United States has long been appreciated for their pursuit of excellence. Elon Musk has recently shared some data on his X account which supports the claim and also shows how much ahead the Indian origin community is when compared with the white Americans.
Elon Musk revealed on the platform that Indian Americans have the highest household income in the USA. The data suggests that the average household income of Indian Americans stands at $119,858 which is more than any other ethnic group.

The second on the list are the Taiwanese who stand nearly $20,000 below the Indians. Pakistani Americans are 5th on the list but still much higher than white Americans. Musk is trying to suggest that this data is indicative of the good condition of minorities in the United States.
However, his use of economic stats to suggest the well-being of the communities is highly flawed. Most of the immigrants who come to the United States belong to a highly privileged section of society who can afford to do so. It would rather be a downgrade in their financial status if they earned any less.

This model also ignores the social conditions faced by these communities. We have witnessed numerous suspicious deaths of Indian Americans this year alone.
