OTT fans are enraged with the low quality streaming of various matches on Jio Hotstar and think that it is Jio that is pulling down the overall quality of the streaming.
Users were more or less satisfied with the sports streaming experience on Disney+Hotstar and it was JioCinema that frustrated fans consistently with their glitches and poor quality. Users are thinking it was a mistake on the part of Hotstar to merge with Jio.

Subscribers are also concerned about paying the premium subscription fee and yet having to watch ads between matches. Jio Hotstar will have to fix these problems and at least try to improve the sports streaming experience a bit more.
The regional language addition for the commentary section was a good move and there have to be more positive changes in the sports segment of the platform to keep users under trust.
