JioHotstar users are once again raising their voices because of misleading offers and disappointing app performance.
Recently, a user reported being drawn by a plan offered by Jio, claiming that any recharge of ₹299 and above would unlock a 3-month subscription to JioHotstar. Trusting the offer, they recharged their number as well as gave them a subscription only to find out no such offers were activated.

This raises many questions about the reliability of the company.
Furthermore another concerning thing about the platform’s service has been raised, where one user claimed that the platform has made it for the big tv but there is no program schedule, despite boasting massive investments in UI design and premium content but the platform seems to ignore basic user usability.

The funny part is that JioHotstar claims to be user friendly but ignores the basic program categorization.
The users are not only annoyed they feel like they have been cheated. Many users believed that JioHotstar will bring quality content with consistent plans but the platform seems to ignore these two basic qualities only.

If they do not pay attention to improve on these sectors then the day is not far when the loyal users will switch off the plan for their own good.

I recently noticed that Jio is still displaying an offer on its platform stating that recharges of ₹299 and above come with a 3-month JioCinema/Hotstar subscription. Based on this, I recharged my number, but the subscription was not activate#JioHotstar #jioscam #Airtel #fraud
