Yet another Nepo-Kid launch of Bollywood has turned into a big disappointment for cinema-lovers with many asking what is the point of having a family background in films if you cannot utilise your resources to make a good one. Ibrahim Ali Khan, the son of Saif Ali Khan will soon be introduced in Dharmatic Entertainment’s Nadaaniyan via Netflix on 7 March.
He is paired up with another Nepo-Kid Khushi Kapoor who has recently witnessed box office disaster with Loveyapa. The film is supposed to be a mushy young adult romance and its trailer was released by Netflix today.
Fans are simply disappointed with it from factual realities to storyline. The setting is of National Law College but the place looks like a US based highschool, this is typical to Karan Johar’s production.
The concept of the film is that an ultra-rich girl pays a boy to enact his lover. Eventually they fall in love in reality and things get messed up.
The script looks like a clumsy work of a 13 year old to many netizens. Some stated that this was indeed a smart move by Ibrahim that he chose OTT for his debut because this film would have been badly butchered at the box office.
