
People are not very happy with the auto-pay system of Netflix as it is making them pay more than once for a month.
Without even their knowledge money is being transacted from the accounts of users and for some glitch they still cannot access their Netflix account.

Netflix is one of the most trusted OTT brands in the world and it pains users to think that it is scamming them for money. There have been multiple cases where payment has been done more than once and still the account is not opening.

Users are having problems in cancelling the subscription as well. A big platform like Netflix must not let users go through all this if it wants to keep the goodwill it has created over the years.
There has to be a solution to the auto-pay problem and it needs to come swiftly. This one glitch can put a huge stain on Netflix’s reputation and the platform needs to act on it fast.
