Prime Video has recently shared a video featuring Varun Dhawan, proposing a long slate of movies and shows premiering in December. The interesting video, beginning as a house tour of Varun, gives us some idea about a few of those 15 shows.
The slate of shows kicks off with Naga Chaitanya Akkineni’s “Dhootha,” a thriller with many twists and turns. It will also star Parvathy and Prachi Desai, who is making a comeback. The next show, “Dryday,” is a heartfelt comedy starring our favorite Jitu Bhaiya and Shreya Pilgaokar.
We can also look forward to a stand-up show with Zakir Khan that promises to have us rolling on the floor laughing. Another quirky comedy starring Jackie Shroff and Neena Gupta is set to feature soon. It seems that Prime is now focusing more on lighthearted shows.
Amazon Prime is also delving into the action genre with a new season of “Reacher,” starring Alan Ritchson. However, fans are still eagerly awaiting the announcement of Season 3 of “Mirzapur.”
