Kartik Aryan has paved his way in Bollywood with versatile roles in his films like Luka Chhupi, Styaprem Ki Katha, Freddy, Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2 and his recent release Chandu Champion. Over the years along with his films, Kartik’s approach in life has also matured significantly. He has realised his goals in terms of the films he wishes to make and the negative PR he wants to stay away from.
In the past he was in the news for his controversy with Dostana 2 makers that included Karan Johar and he was dropped from the film later. His on and off link up rumours with his co-stars are nothing new for his fans. Kartik clarifies that he wishes to stay away from all such controversies and adopts a no response approach to such rumours. One of the significant reasons behind this he stated in several interviews is his lack of film industry backing, he is not a star kid with strong ties and made his career on his own.
In the light of his new release, he also talked about the pressure such big projects can put on makers for a good box office collection. In Chandu Champion directed by Kabir Khan, Kartik played the role of a Paralympic athlete that required not only his acting skills but dedication to achieve a striking physique. He was commended for his discipline and the film has been performing decently with 86 cr gross collection so far.
