It’s been four months that Pakistan announced the ban on Indian films in their country. The ban was effective on Indian TV shows too. But how long could they run the empty theaters? They couldn’t resist more. Pakistan might lift the ban on Indian films now.

After the Uri attack, Pakistan got upset with India and as a counter, banned the Indian Films in their country. Then the income of theaters got critically affected. The revenue of the theaters of Pakistan dropped by about 75 percent as reports say. This led the distributors to request the Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif to allow the Bollywood films in the country.
Nawaz Sharif called a committee to decide upon the import of Indian films to their country. Reports say that Pakistan got up with a temporary solution to allow two or three Indian films per month with No Objection Certificate. SRK’s movie Raees is for release in this month and that would definitely let their theaters breathe some air now.
