The 2006 film has been Karan Johar’s classic film that deals with love, marriage and infidelity. It recently came into a lot of criticism when people probed into some problematic ideas about cheating in marriage it dealt with.
But it still remains a loved film of many. Preity also reminisced about her time in the sets and working with great stars like Rani Mukherjee, Amitabh Bachchan and Shah Rukh Khan.
She shared how the scene where she slaps SRK on screen was finalised after many takes. Even SRK asked her to practice it behind the sets to perfect the scene.
She shared that she felt really sorry for slapping him but the dedication to his craft was of utmost importance to SRK. Fans loved these candid revelations as the film still remains close to the Bollywood lovers in them.
