Director Raj Kumar Gupta, known for his films like Aamir and Raid, recently opened up on a possible collaboration with Salman Khan, titled Black Tiger, which was supposed to happen a long time ago.
Raj Kumar recently appeared for an interview where he said that there was a time when he was planning a film with Salman and also spoke to the superstar’s brother-in-law, Atul Agnihotri, alongside Salman’s sister Alvira Khan about the same.

Gupta mentioned that the premise was supposed to be a biopic, focusing on the life of Ravindra Kaushik. Raj Kumar mentioned that although he had the rights for the biopic, it expired at one point and he decided not to renew the same.
It seems like Salman lost a big opportunity and did films like Sikandar, Radhe, Race 3, and Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan.

Raj Kumar Gupta’s Raid 2 is releasing on May 1, 2025, and he has not announced anything about his next film for now. While Raid’s fate at the box office remains unknown for now, Raj Kumar can opt to work on a film with Salman Khan.
