With Stree 2 and Chhaava both grossing over 500 crore at the BO, Maddock Films is now facing a surprising challenge with their upcoming Bhool Chuk Maaf, set to release on 9 May 2025.
After its official trailer dropped three weeks ago, Maddock also released a bonus trailer yesterday, hoping to create some talk about the film’s release in the next few days.
Many appreciate Rao’s comic timing but fear that it lacks a punch needed to compete with other box-office giants.
The iconic song “Pyaar hume kis mod pe le aaya” can also be heard in the background, gripping the audience for another unexpected remake.
The bonus trailer highlights Rao’s charm and the film’s quirky premise, but early reactions on Twitter suggest this might not be enough.
In addition to that, Ajay Devgn’s Raid 2 is still going strong and shows no sign of slowing. This poses another significant challenge for Bhool Chuk Maaf at the box office.
