Three big films announcing the same release date is definitely not a suitable trend if going by the aspirations of the trade and several hundreds of crore riding on them. They are the films of three star heroes namely Shahrukh Khan, Ajay Devgan and Hrithik Roshan.

The makers of Ajay Devgan’s ‘Baadshaho’ and hrithik Roshan’s ‘Kaabil’ have announced the release date as 26th january, 2017. Now, Shahrukh Khan’s ‘Raees’ joined the slot as they wanted to avoid clash with Salman Khan’s ‘Sultan’ coming in 2016.
Though the Badshah Khan could avert clash with Salman, his clash with Ajay and Hrithik isn’t going to be good for the business as Rs.300 crores are at stake in 2017 January at one go. Since it is a long way, trade pandits hope big way, the clash between the three films can be averted.
