Renowned filmmaker duo Raj & DK had earlier expressed plans to create a large scale comedy action film. Recent reports suggest they may have found the right star, as Salman Khan is reportedly in talks with the duo for this ambitious project.
Discussions are said to be at an early stage for now. The proposed film is described as a high octane action comedy. It is expected to present Salman Khan in a grand on screen persona aimed at mass audiences.
While Salman Khan has shown interest in the concept, no official confirmation has been given yet. The Family Man makers are reportedly considering beginning the shoot by the end of 2026 if all aspects fall into place smoothly.
Earlier, reports had also emerged about a major project involving Raj & DK and Shah Rukh Khan. Despite SRK liking the overall plot, the collaboration did not move forward and the project was eventually not finalised.
There is speculation that the same project has now been offered to Salman Khan. If the collaboration materialises, audiences may witness a fresh crossover and see Salman Khan in a new flavour of mass entertainment.
For now, the project remains unconfirmed. Salman Khan is currently occupied with promotions for Battle of Galwan, which is scheduled for release on April 17.
