Even After $600 Million, Dune Promotions Are High!

With the captivating storytelling, and an epic background Dune Two is a treat for anyone. Even to those who are not that much into science fiction, they are telling that Dune is something which ignited their interest in sci fi.

The movie became so popular that, this year’s solar eclipse which is on “8th and 9th April, 2024”, fans made special posters based on that. As Dune’s own poster has a similar aesthetic with the solar eclipse .

The movie was released on March 1st, 2024 and after a successful run for over a month the movie has grossed more than $600 million, and the theatres are still expanding.

Based on a very unique and different storyline, Dune is doing its rampage very well. Half of the audience watched the movie multiple times on IMAX. As it is a grand experience which has to be experienced through the big screen.

Denis said, this movie is meant to be watched on the big screen, because of its ambiance, music and feel. He was very disappointed when Dune Part One was released on Netflix real soon, as he said watching Dune in a small screen won’t give you the same experience as it can deliver you if you watch it on the big screen.

The marketing team of the movie is truly a gem, as they introduced the audience with a “Dune Themed Popcorn Bucket”, where if you put your hands in then your hand will be stuck, giving you some extra experience while watching the movie.

The tone of the movie is another master stroke as the entire movie is based on a very cold and mute tone, so after experiencing the movie for 3 hours when you are coming out in sun a minute sense of Arrakis will be felt by you as well.

From 19th April, IMAX is relaunching Dune on the 70 mm big screen, so the theatre expansion ain’t no stopping soon.
