Director Chandoo Mondeti’s Dasara turned out to be celebration time for him not only for the sake of the festival but also or the success of his Dasara release ‘Premam’. So, what next for the young director? Does he have any stories?

Yes, says Chandoo who has a story similar to that of Sherlock Holmes and another one, a cop story suitable for Nag, a cop who is 45-50 years old. That sounds interesting as Chandoo proved a successful filmmaker with an original story and also a remake.
Coming to the title ‘Premam’, he explains that the original title they wanted was ‘Majnu’. But, it sounded like a tragic-ending movie. So, they opted for ‘Premam’ not because it was the Malayalam original title but because ‘Premam’ is a Sanskrit word, the language which is the mother of all languages.
