After a couple of postponements, Venkatesh’s Aadarsha Kutumbam is finally set to release on October 30. Venkatesh announced the date with a Dussehra poster, ending the confusion over the film’s release.
“Coming together with Srinu after two decades is very special, and we’re bringing you a wholesome entertainer with fun, action and a lot more,” Venkatesh wrote in his post.
Producer Naga Vamsi, who recently said that people might not believe him if he announced another release date after the repeated postponements, also reposted Venkatesh’s announcement.
While the release date is finally clear, the buzz around the film is still a concern. With just 10 days left, Aadarsha Kutumbam has not created the kind of excitement expected from a Venkatesh and Trivikram Srinivas combination. The songs released so far have not helped much either, and the response to the promotional material has been underwhelming.
At this point, the makers need something that can change the mood around the film. The trailer will be important, as audiences need a reason to get excited about the film rather than just its release date.
The team still has a little time to build some positive buzz, but the trailer needs to deliver. Hopefully, it gives Aadarsha Kutumbam the push it needs before its October 30 release.
