Senior Producer, Allu Aravind’s Everything Telugu OTT App, Aha is out a few weeks ago. The formal launch of the App is happening on the 25th of this month as Ugadi Special. The App Owners claim the platform currently has 2 million active unique users with a total of 24,313,661 minutes streamed.
They also say that the app has an average streaming duration of 36 minutes per user. They have announced these stats the other day and ever since there is a discussion in social media alleging that they are bloated numbers. Some allege that Allu Aravind who is known for faking collections is at it with his app as well.
Keeping aside those allegations, this seems to be an attempt to garner some hype for the app and bring the much-needed traction and attention to it. Vijay Deverakonda is the Brand Ambassador of App and Allu Aravind is also keen on having Bunny promote it.
Having had to take on corporate giants like Amazon Prime Video and Netflix, it is not easy for Aha especially that it has limited its base by claiming itself a 100% Telugu platform.
