There have been several media report pertaining to the off-screen relationship between Allu Sirish and his Oorvashivo Rakshasivo costar Anu Emmanuel. A few claimed the pair is deep in love. Sirish denied the same in his recent interview though.
Now, Anu has reacted to the speculation and here’s what she had to say about the same.
“The first time I met Sirish was at Pooja ceremony of this film. I didn’t even know him prior to that. We met at a coffee shop to discuss our characters and how to fine tune ourselves. Then all of a sudden there were rumors that we were in a relationship. I honestly don’t know where and how it all started. We are just friends and there’s nothing more between us” Anu said.
She further stated “I don’t take these rumors seriously. But my mother follows news a lot and she was upset after hearing about it. After working with Allu Arjun in Naa Peru Surya, I became close to the Allu household. One day, even Allu Aravind garu asked me about the speculations pertaining to me and Sirish. We laughed at them for a while.”
Coming back to the film, Anu did appear to be the right fit for the role she played in it. She put up one of the better performances in her career.
