No one can deny the fact that Prabhas is one of the most consistent crowdpullers in Indian cinema. Except for Radhe Shyam, every film of his has pulled the audience to theaters in big numbers regardless of the low-key promotions.
This scene is repeated with Kalki again as the film is going bonkers with the advance bookings. The bookings are at the very peak in the Telugu market.
But coming to the topic, there are reports that the Hindi bookings for the Prabhas starrer haven’t commenced in a full-fledged manner yet. This remark has been made by one of the senior exhibitors in the Bollywood belt, Manoj Desai.
In a viral video, Manoj is seen saying the Bollywood folk aren’t letting a big release for Kalki. He openly remarked that certain plexes in Mumbai and also the famous Maratha Mandir haven’t yet opened the bookings for the film, despite just two days to go for the release.
This has led to a comment that the big men of Bollywood are very much insecure about Prabhas and are not letting his films get a wide reach in the Hindi belt. This move to delay the advance bookings with no real reason has caught the attention.
This isn’t the first time the bookings for Prabhas’s film are getting delayed. This happened earlier in the case of Salaar as well. As it appears, Bollywood is indeed insecure about Prabhas. At a time when Bollywood stars like Akshay Kumar and Aamir Khan are struggling for bookings, Prabhas is going great guns and this could be triggering certain camps.
