Prashanth Varma scored a hit with Zombie Reddy after the COVID first wave. The director has made his debut with an impressive and crazy film with Awe!. The sequel for that project has been in news for a long time and the director spilled beans about it now.
“The script was prepared long ago. A Bollywood star was supposed to do it as a Pan-India film. Everything was set but it got held up due to dates issue. I am also working on the Zombie Reddy script. I also narrated a script to Samantha. It is also delayed due to dates problem,” Prashanth Varma revealed in an interview.
Prashanth is also making his OTT debut very soon. “I have penned a script for a web series of Disney + Hotstar. It will be directed by another director. The shooting has been 90% completed. I am working on the scripts for two other web series. One will be made in Telugu and the other in Hindi,” revealed his immediate OTT plans.
Prashanth Varma will make the official announcement of his next in a couple of weeks from now. “We haven’t yet finalized the actor for the film. If a star is available, I shall make it with him or will make it with upcoming actors,” he said.
